Our Leadership Development Workshops for SME’s are designed for those managing small to medium-sized teams, who often need to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, wearing many hats to keep things running smoothly.

Developing Your People: Personal Development Plans and 1:1s: Learn the importance of professional development plans (PDPs) to track and build development, increase retention, and engagement. Discover how to build trust and communication through effective one-on-one meetings

 

Managing Performance: Having Tough Conversations and Providing Effective Feedback: Navigate tough conversations and conflict with confidence. Learn how to deliver impactful feedback to enhance team performance. Master an effective feedback tool and plan its use within your team

 

Delegation: Develop the confidence to delegation effectively: Identify common challenges to delegating well, learn a practical delegation tool to assign tasks effectively, build communication, accountability, and enhance productivity

Formal Performance Management: Identify common risks and mistakes and prepare for performance management conversations effectively using a structured performance improvement plan template

 

Misconduct Management: Build an understanding of the foundational aspects of managing misconduct, including serious misconduct. Cover topics such as preparation for formal meetings, common risks, relevant legislation, and hands-on practice

 

Health and Safety Governance: Understand the fundamental importance of health and safety (H&S) governance for small to medium business owners, including relevant legislation, key risks, obligations, and effective SME health and safety systems
